Yes, you should communicate your arrival details to Instituto de Lenguas Granada before the start of your course in the event of participating in one of our language packages so we can arrange the pick up service. You will be expected in your accommodation on the Sunday before the beginning of your course and it will be at your disposal until the Saturday after the end of your course. Pay an extra fee you can extend your stay arriving a day before or leaving a day after.

Q: What is the maximum number of students per class?
In all our courses the maximum number of students per class is 7. That means that the average number of students per class is likely to be even less than 7!
Q: Are class materials provided by the school?
Yes, all study material is provided by Instituto de Lenguas Granada at no extra cost.
Q: How are classes scheduled?
In the standard courses you will have a minimum of four hours of classes each day. The classes last for 55 minutes each, and take place from 9 am to 20 pm. You could have classes in the morning and/or the afternoon. This will depend on several elements (the current groups, your level, type of course, etc). We offer you 3 free hours of extracurricular activities for morning courses.
Q: Can I take individual classes at Instituto de Lenguas Granada?
Yes you can. Besides group courses, we offer you one-to-one classes at all levels. You can also request information on non-specific language content, such as literature, business, or any other subject.
The price is 16 euros/hour for one student. .

The student name must be clearly stated in all the documents related to the transaction. In the event of cancelling the course, with the exception of a 200 euros cancellation fee, reimbursement for courses will be made up to 7 days before the start of the program. After this period reimbursement is not possible.
Accommodation : Reservations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Advanced payment for accommodation is required. Cancelling Accommodation: Cancellations must take place at least 3 weeks before the date of arrival. Reimbursement will not be possible after this deadline.
Pick-up service
Q: Will there be someone to meet me at the airport?
For those students participating in a language package programme, a school representative will meet you in the Málaga or Granada Airport and will accompany you to the chosen accommodation in a taxi. Prices from Málaga's Airport are 100 Euros; from Granada's Airport are 26 Euros and from Granada's Bus Station are 10 Euros. Excursions and Extra Scholar Activities
Q: Is there any extra scholar activity including in the price of my course at Instituto de Lenguas Granada?
Yes, we organise the following activities free of charge in the afternoon:

- Tuesday: Visit to Alhambra and Generalife palaces. (Tickets are not included).

- Thursday: Cine at school. You will be shown a Spanish film in Spanish with debates and comments.
- Friday: Visit to the Alcaiceira (ancient silk market), Albaycin and Sacromonte (ancient araba and gipsy quarters). At 18:30 Flamenco show. (Tickets are not included).
